1. New copy machines
New machines are very sensitive - need to make sure when putting the paper in, it is flat and fits correctly
Functions are the same basically -- big machine - tray 1 holds 6 reams of paper, tray 2 says colorpaper - use this when putting in color paper so that it doesn't pull from the white paper (this is also where the longer/legal paper goes), tray 3 is set for cardstock
Hit reset when you are done if you have made any adjustments so that it is ready for the next person
We encourage you to use Avery as much for your copying
If you need help with remapping to the printers, let Todd or Joyce know
2. Splash Bash
Individual teacher schedules are not complete yet, they will be handed out next week
Whistles - there are 2 "whistles" - one for dry and one for wet
Look over maps and information - any questions see Karen or Debbie
Specials will be in the art room and media center - watching a movie
Make sure that kids have a complete set of clothes to change into after the wet activities
Reverse permission slip will go home next week
3. End of Year Information
Moving
No visible signs of moving prior to May 17th-Please keep the basic classrooms intact until this date.
Use due care in asking students to move items.
Stephanie, Mike and Gina’s classroom items will be held in room 215 until construction is complete.
Do not move items on the carpet. Use closets and counters to place boxes, clearly boxed with teacher’s name on it.
Materials/Inventory
Refer to the email regarding reading textbooks movement - for those grade levels that have only a book 2 - please don't send those books home until later next week
Inventory sheets will be placed in mailboxes - actual inventory will take place next week, if you are ready sooner, please email Julie
Refer to "business calendar" for dates of things due

Meeting this afternoon to put finishing touches on event
5. Summer School/Activities
Cafeteria and stage will be used by WTI May 28-July 26
Art room, room 119, 118 will be used by YMCA May 28-July 19
Rooms 104, 105, 106, 107 will be used May 10-July 3
REACH portable will be used by YMCA May 28-July 26
Recess areas will be used by WTI and YMCA June 28-August 2

Lynn Brooks is not even on the clock until 7:45 - computers may not be ready until then
